I don't know why... but I think that because your picture is so much bigger it looks blockier

Nonetheless after staring at the new hands long enough to bring my eyesight down from 20/20 to 15/20 I can see how the new ones are better

The old ones look like skeletal hands... the new ones (and that's just looking at the pics here on the forums) look like semi-real hands... I think your brother jipped you! He has fake (i.e.-plastic) hands, and lost his real ones!!
