MSC updater NOV2015a Stuck at 35.6 MB

hello, i have a problem on the download...

i was downloading the installer and it finished then i'm downloading the NOV2015a updater and it has a 35.6 Mb then it stuck and no internet error...

i just checked the internet and it work, but it didn't download NOV2015a Updater....

Will you please help me?

If you mean you're having trouble downloading the installer from the web page, I'm not having an issue here, and it seems to install fine after downloading from there, but I could set up an alternate location if your ISP is having issues with the host. (Keep in mind you need the full installer first - alternative download link for that here.) [edit: Updated both the download entries with those same alternatives - normally we have a few.]

If you mean the installer itself is freezing, it doesn't download anything, and thus should not need the internet. If it's stopping at some percentage, it maybe a permissions issue, in which case you may need to close Steam. (Though it should throw an error, if you look in the text box.)
