So, as it stands occasionally Orc archers drop quivers of arrows when they die, right? And it is scaled so that your basic orc archer drops blunt wooden arrows (which are, essentially, useless) and the next level up drop wooden arrows (same deal). So on so forth. The higher level archers drop...
Aye, myself and another tried it as well... hit all three seals, no reward. Get the sparkly animation over the anvil as if it was going to present us with something.... but then nothin'. This was on Kurenko's server BTW.
Yeah... I ended up just deleting the map and joining a server, then downloading it off there. Played through the smith, killed him the old fashioned way with another guy (the alternative method is broken, evidently) and there was no rewards. Other than 300 gold off his body, heh.
Heya.
Could somebody please tell me, step by step, what the hell I need to do to get the proper version of Calruin so that I can actually play the Smith at the end. I've downloaded the latest version, and it he doesn't appear, and get the 'please verify map patch' thing.
And I've patched...
Okay, I'll give that a try when I get home from work, thanks.
If it's still a no-go, I'll just reinstall. Hopefully between those two options I'll get it working again. I really want to see the wolves show up!

Am I just really unlucky? Because other servers don't seem to have this problem. And I have the...
Brad here, requesting password. I mainly run a private server called "Brad's House o' Lag" for my buddy and I, but for a while I was periodically running it for public useage.
Yes, well. I never really expected many people to join (due to the name) but now I have to hope there are enough people that remember me to vouch for my worthiness!
Villager, I'm looking at YOU.
Requesting the password. I'm not too active on these forums (though I do read them) and mostly host servers periodically to play with a friend of mine nowadays, though I used to have it up fairly regularly.
Someone may remember playing on "Brad's House o' Lag" server, and maybe could vouch...
Judging by the in-game maps, the orc hideout map is only accessible from the lost castle map...
Now, I've done quite a bit of searching around looking for the entrance, even following the goblin's little map, but I can't seem to figure out how to get to the transition.
Is this...
