I actually sort of like this idea, it's a way of getting rid of excessive spares people get from doing maps...

Do we really need more ways of getting gold? I mean once you're that level to use any forged weapon at all you should be able to run a few maps to get gold. Most of us people are already rich anyways.

I would rather get special potions or XP from it. Maybe he keeps the items you sell to him, so that other players can buy the rares that you sell.
