any one ever fall up the stairs?

yup. walking up the stairs and you don't *quite* get your foot high enough for the next step, you trip, and fall up the stairs.

A friend of mine did that about three weeks ago and I was all like "..." 
Lucky me... I have never fallen up, nor down, any stairs 
I've been pushed down a stairs once by a would-be assassin from the plains of Daragoth; but that's the worst that's happened to me (NOTE: I twisted a real event with a crack at MSC Universe)

what kind of assassin comes from daragoth? the only things there are orcs, and they're too clumsy/stupid to be assassins.

But according to Lord of the Rings, Orcs can run constantly, non-stop, without tiring, and without faltering for days upon days!! How can they be clumsy (when they aren't doping on crude oil)?
