I dont know i just killed someone for fun and i got an auto kill of 15 sec, then when i died and i check my stuff it disapear and no one says that they have my items on that server

Isn't there a way to force clients to execute commands? If they can force you to kill yourself, maybe they forced you to drop your items.

well when i killed someone named joe , he pressed the kill command to me then when i respawn i loose my stuff

Are you sure you didn't accidentally press the kill command yourself? I have never heard of someone suiciding someone else.
