I've not looked at spell script as of yet, but it seems like it wouldn't be too hard to add.
Note that most spells use your wisdom stat to determine duration, though I'm not sure to what degree. Even still, this might be something to add to the base to warn you 15 and then 5 seconds before your spell ends.

Concentration determines duration... (Currently Archery+Parry+SC/2)
There's a system in place for count-down status icons, but wanted to make sure we had a stable build before we tried to implement it, for said system is tied to the same one that once lead to the nasty MSG 91 crash bug.
