Epicenter: Link
I personally felt this tremor, and coming from a country that doesn't experience earthquakes, it was quite the shock
I live a considerable distance away from the epicenter - I only felt some rocking of the floor and table in front of me - I've heard there was some minor damage to some people's possessions closer to Hull.
Apparently there was also an aftershock accompanied by an "odd noise", however that must have died off before it got to my location.
I live in Stoke-On-Trent, West of the marker on that map.
Edit: I should have read that report I posted before writing my post - it seems I live in a country full of exaggerators
