Game Messed up

So I just reinstalled MSC again and haven't played in a while. But when I join a server I can't see the characters but I see their names. So this is the character selection screen and when I login It shows a maximized picture of my health and mana but when I hit escape it shows the view of my character in game. Any tips? Here are screenshots.

At console: ms_bloom_level 0

Or Options->[Advanced] and enter 0 in the blank next to Bloom Level.

Out of curiousity, what graphics card and OS do you use?
