I was told by PiMpStA that i was a greedy bastard because i take good stuff from chests. Usually i only take gold and maybe 2 mana potions at most. Ive got an idea... i might just quit the game and leave all of my valuable items to FER, Humansteak, Hellscook, And maybe Dragthire.. so tell me.. Should I quit the game or am i a good player

Calling you greedy because you take good things of chests is bull. I don't know anyone who wouldn't take a helmet of fire resistance out of a chest if they saw it.

What pisses me off about the first person to the chest when it is the lowest level player on the server taking the best loot. We all know that this low level rusty trombone player could NEVER get there with other players of his/her own level, but manages to tag along like a useless little puppy. I guess that's just me being honorable and reasonable about it. When you're the highest level on the server, you've paid your dues to get the best loot.
Besides, I can't count how many times I've given away loot to lower level guys, that could never get it themselves, for nothing.

Yeah, the ones thats simply tag along and do jack all are the worst.
There are a couple though.. that at least do something to help, and I do believe they're entitled to some rares by chance.
Perhaps if we had more creatures that held a set chance of dropping rares rather than crap, there wouldn't be much to complain about. Not just bosses mind you.

My intention here isn't to keep a lame thread alive... But I think u guys should ask Vortex how old he is... Let's just say he can't buy beer... Well he can't buy porn either... or drive a car... he might be a little new to online communities, or at least, not as experienced as some of the rest of us at coping with online criticism.

True, I forget how young some of ye kids are sometimes. But most 14 year olds don't start forum posts asking if they should quit a game when a fellow player accuses them of something or calls them a name. I've adminned for enough servers stocked with 14 year olds to know this.

If you guys b*tch about items in the chest, or what he takes from the chest, then don't play with them, make your own sever, join a different one, easy as that.
