Did you actually download & watch the two-hundred-plus megabyte one-hour special?? I usually download the latest Naruto & Bleach anime episodes via bit-torrent, and sadly I usually get it after everyone else since I only check these one websites for them every couple of days...

Not so much an obsession as a hobby, since long-term progressing story lines are, funnily enough, amusing. Even the infamous, annoying, and poorly scripted DBZ has a pull to it, just because of how it spans entire life-times in its plot...

I used to download Naruto anime...but then the shitty fillers came about, so I stopped watching it until now.

I've been reading the pt II manga, except it's a bit troublesome to download all of them :\

Uhh, I'm not sure...I think it's episode 140 that the fillers start (since there's 80 fillers, and the last Naruto episode was 220)

Now the official Naruto anime has ended, and now usher in...Naruto Shippuuden (Hurricane Chronicles). Basically the Pt. II of the manga in anime form.

Be warned mario, the Naruto filler blows humungous monkey balls. :?

I'd recommend watching the Shippuden series; which is very easy to tell the have left the fillers right off in the beginning (lets avoid spoilers everyone) :D

As to Bleach; you enjoy that? I generally go to http://www.bleachportal.net/ when I feel like getting an episode of it to watch...

As to anime, of any kind, I usually will only watch it if it has subtitles; since the dubbed versions are queer, what with the dumbed down language, obvious slurring of the actual words and all that... when they say something like "Poopoo" where in its original language they say "Fucking shit"... I prefer watching a subtitled one any day, basically what I'm saying here... True language translations in text form is better than slurred & hacksawed dubs :p

The only anime ever to have a good dub is:

Cowboy Bebop.

That is the only anime that I have EVER preferred the english dub over the Japanese dub+subtitles (the japanese one sounds a bit...like it was recorded in a studio; the english one seems more natural, imo )
