Yeah sometimes they bugged i always thought that it was onces that spawn in the world rather than in a chest but maybe thats just me being supersticious as i can't remember testing it.
Can make bugged ones by useing the last shot(or only for strong ones) and dropping it to floor.
Seems to not realise it should vaporise and just hangs around with n othing left in it.

Same happens when you use the last drop and then 'q' it before it realizes it's out.

No your all wrong, its simple, use a strong potion and throw it away when ur health starts to replenish, then you have a bugged potion on the ground.

Tirex, you're partially right. That method only works when the potion was on it's last "gulp".

how about you fellers use your potions BEFORE you are going to die in a few hits...

EXAMPLE!
Strong pot heals 50% of your hp upon use... use ur strong pot when u are at 50% hp

I don't know the other pots percentages but they are in the console when you use them...

Medium is 25%.

It works like this whit stronger healing potions:
1. Take potion in hands.
2. Click coresponding mouse button
3. Wait untill your health will start replenishing.
4. Press C to drop
5. Press X to pick up.
6. If you are reading this then you failed.

Usually it is my strong pots that aren't working, I should probably only use the ones I find in chests and shops :|
