i want to ask how can i SKill Divination or Affliction

i dont know it can somebody help me ?

At first you should level your Spell Casting with Fire and Lightning , then after a certain level you should be able to level Affliction and Divination with Some Spells like "Poison Scroll" and "Rebuke Undead Scroll"

At the moment i got Fire 14 and ligthning 15 skill. where can i buy such scrolls?

I don't think those scrolls are available for purchase you have to find them. Ask someone(or me) in game and they can help you get them.
