I'm pretty sure you can select multiple items to drop at once in MS:C too.

Not quite simultaneously, but close! At the end of the video, I just hit the key bound to "dropitems" six times really fast. It currently works that way, you drop items in the reverse order you picked them up (the barrel you see pop out first was the temporary world model for your hands(unarmed) )
