Okay, so here it is. As Blasto said that long named items increase char size and that too many items will cause overflow problems, here is the list of items.

Mana/Health/Enhancing Potions. God! Too many Greater protection potions. Sure sure they protect you from damage but don't protect you from overflows.

Arrows. Dangerous. Keep the maximum stacks if you want more arrows. Bolts maximum stack is 100. For some arrows its 60 or 120.

IMPORTANT!!! Too many lesser bag of holdings will DEFINITELY overflow your character.

Too many of multiple items will also cause you to overflow.

Too many weapons. ESPECIALLY RBOAs OR PFCKs.

Alright I'm out of ideas. I'll update it when I think of more.

Remember! Don't have yourself overflow like me!
Damn I make 90% of all rollbacks in MS:C

It's the script name that matters.. Not the display name..

Blasto said the name of the item increases the character size. He said that I should drop my big named items.

Items save by the _script name_, not the display name. A lot of people would have lost their ice daggers otherwise >_>

Well seeing as you have access to those script names, shouldn't you compile a list for us?

I constantly have 70+ items and I have never, ever overflowed, no matter what items I have.

I think I'm at about 72 right now >_> Perhaps this is more than just a character issue.. I wonder if Steam settings, or BS like that, have to do with it >_>

70 - and I have most all those items.

The list is bogus, tis just the items Stellie happens to have.

Like MiB said, if Shuriken's theory as to the cause of the overflow is correct, it's the script name, not the item name. Otherwise you'd lose all your items everytime we renamed one. Sadly, we can't give out script names, cuz bastards use them to cheat.

Mana/Health/Enhancing Potions. God! Too many Greater protection potions. Sure sure they protect you from damage but don't protect you from overflows.
Most of the green pots have fairly short script names, and thus not likely to be the cause of overflow lest you carry a lot of them. It is true you are more likely to horde these than anything else though.

Arrows. Dangerous. Keep the maximum stacks if you want more arrows. Bolts maximum stack is 100. For some arrows its 60 or 120.
Doesn't matter how large your stack is. As long as it is under 65535, it takes the same room on your character as 1, but yes, you want to keep your stacks as large as possible so you don't need more of them.

IMPORTANT!!! Too many lesser bag of holdings will DEFINITELY overflow your character.
THIS IS TRUE
More than one lesser bag of holding involves putting a bag within a bag, this DOES cause overflow as you can use it to bypass the item limit which is designed to prevent overflow. Items do not get counted that far recursively.

Further it causes a nasty recursive loop, which winds up eating both CPU and edicts, making the server much more likely to crash.

Been considering disabling this ability, but I know a lot of people are indeed doing it, and would lose a LOT of inventory.

Too many of multiple items will also cause you to overflow.

Too many weapons. ESPECIALLY RBOAs OR PFCKs.
PFK has a fairly short scriptname... Same with the Rune Blade (assuming that is what RBOA is). Carrying duplicates of stuff does make your inventory larger in anycase, but these two are no more apt to cause overflow than any other duplicates.

It's not those items in particular... It's that you have too many duplicate items, and you have packs in packs. That it is what causing you to overflow like a... Is a monkey's arse particularly subject to overflow? I'm not sure... Have to look that one up on wikipedia. :|

Man, that must be why I can hold 75 items for a week and a half and not overflow. I don't stuff my bags in eachother. I'd rather have a 75 item limit than constant overflows. Novel idea, really.
