I'm pretty sure he knows that.

Besides, all these dedicated servers are laggy pieces of shit.

Odd, I live in massachusetts and I'm fine with Sabre's server. Hell, I even get good connection with Mikkel's server in Europe. Maybe this is a problem on your end, Tehrilez?

no, I'm on the east coast. In other games, I get around 10-20 ping in EVERY server.

But most MS:C servers for me are over 100 ping, just like everyone else, and it annoys the hell out of me.. I'm not quite sure about other people but when I reach 100 ping its instantly unplayable, as everything lags on my dinky computer (that somehow gets 40 FPS on my PS2 Emulator)

but at least I have the password, so I don't have to quit playing because of it.

Well, that sucks. I get 150 ping on Sabre's server without any drop in FPS (not that my FPS is all that great anyways... I need to clean up my comp, I've got like 5 gigs left... out of 111)

I wonder why everone complains about 100 ping, it's nothing...

I play on avarage 250 ping, and it's perfectly normal, no fps drops.

(100-150 on Europe servers)

I said, when I get around 100 ping it becomes unplayable.

And I'm glad to be able to make my own server, where I have 0 ping and no lag at all.

If you're complaining about 100 ping, i wounder what you'd say about playing in 1,000 ping+

Not necessarily true...
When I run a high memory map on a listen, I become the lag pariah. Everyone does fine, while I'm jumping 20 ft...But I still have 0 ping.

Click it, you have your IP. It's not that much of a hassle, really.

And, yeah. I don't see why people complain about their ping. I go to NS, have pings above 150, say screw it, and play MS:C. It works fine. The worst that happens is that you can't use charge attacks or you die a few times from lag. Meh.

Really? I didn't know that. It's rare that I lose any experience in anything but Swordsmanship (not actively training) or Parry (not actively training, and I can gain that back quickly WITHOUT semi-sploits).

Once everything's past level 15, you lose 2% rather than 20%, I do believe. That's about one flayer's worth of experience at level 15, but a helluvalut more at level 20.

Losing parry/swords XP and around 400-500 gold per death is lame. At least, it is when you're trying to level and save money for an UGA.

Yeah. I dunno, 100 is unplayable to me. Everything lags.. just not worth it.

I'm not really complaining, cause I do have my own FN server, so it isn't a problem. However, it seems weird to me, as everyone else says 200+ is when it starts getting horrible, but 90+ is the NO STOP PLAYING zone for me.
