Perhaps adding Wizard Robes to the game

I know that there aren't any actual classes, but I was thinking of ideas if there were to be robes added to the game. I got the idea when I was staring at the Galat chest guy in Edana trying to figure out why he didn't want any of my apples when I realized. Why can't I wear super awesome robes too?! Sure they wouldn't give any armor protection but maybe they could give magic boosts to a certain element. Then, we can have people look the part of actual wizards and their spells will be more powerful making them a more viable class, or you can just feel the breeze as you run around in colorful robes and not heavy armor.

Oh and also thought of have wizard hats too. Oh and have one with a bell on the top of it so it jingles as you run around, that would be cool. For practicality you could just add some sort of boost to mana regen while wearing a hat.

I am sure I could think of more wizardry stuff to add but, I think this should be good for now.

If you look at the models folder, you'll actually find the eldar fars-- Maldora's robes, but I think there were some rigging problems involved with it, although if they were actually obtainable in the game it would be awesome. They'd have to do something really unique though, it would be lame if they just gave you a boost to magic (Maldora's robes in particular, I mean.)

Think we've had issues with getting a decent set of robes rigged up on the player model.

Yes, someone stuck Maldora's robes on him once, but it didn't work out quite right in game. There's also some anime lookin half-cloak in there that we setup for Orochi's modeling prize, but it doesn't qualify as a robe.

I keep thinking there was another one, somewhere, with a hood, but I'm not seeing it... :\

Well, we have no shortage of robes... What we have, is a shortage of robes rigged to the player model's bones.
