Went to ms_caves for a laugh, ate my fire helm and lizard skins plus the two bows I was wearing on my back. It even cleared all of my quickslots, but didn't remove anything else from my character.
Additionally, glow wouldn't work for anyone and I could store my rejuvenate spell.

Maybe depreciated isn't the right word but; ms_caves, ms_town, ms_swamp, ms_quest, ms_underworldv2, unrest, unrest2_beta1, and island1.

These are some of the most useless, ugly, and irrelevant (not to mention potentially dangerous; see what just happened to my character) maps that are currently playable on [FN] and I doubt many people playing MS:C would miss them if they were no longer available to play on [FN].

Don't get me wrong, I am all for the preservation of history but not at the possible detriment of the main game. If it were my choice, I would have maps like these packed up into a download on the website for viewing offline is people are so inclined to explore them.

Eh... Could tag em with old_ or something, but I don't see how any of those maps would have done that to your character. Which map are you accusing of bad touch?
