4. just got in server and at character select menu my hero went from fully equipped to naked in one second, all my items just disappeared except quiver with ammo and heavy crossbow.

1. ASAP is assumed. When it happened, not when ya want it - so we know the nearest timestamp to roll your character back to. (Just gonna assume post time.)
