Be a little more funny if not for my internships at College Hospital, where I saw some schizoaffective people in their early twenty's build up incredibly elaborate delusions based on Everquest ('twas pre-WoW). Granted, people like this are going to have issues anyways, but there's something that makes it that much more sad when their lives get taken over by something so mundane. Whatever happened to delusions of being Napoleon or the son of God? I remember one who was convinced that he'd die if his on-line character died, and that he was some how still psychically interfacing with EQ while in the hospital, and receiving psychic /tells from his on-line friends. :roll:

Evercrack, and actual crack, are apparently a potent combo.

I think I stayed up too long and saw some orcs on my bookshelf once... Granted I've seen TFC snipers and skulks up there over the years too...

Only scared me once when I stepped on a skulk and it actually went *crunch* (was a roach)

I can't tell you how many NS dreams I've had since I started playing NS over a year ago. Never had any late-night delusions, though. Maybe I haven't done enough drugs.
