Alright I have some nifty Ideas

-Frost Bolts, for the crossbow

They'd operate in a manner similar to dwarven bolts, an explosion of ice damage around the point of impact, chilling everything in the blast radius. I think their raw damage would be lower than dwarven bolts due to their chilling effect.

-Poison Bolts, for crossbow

They'd operate just like the dwarven bolts, perhaps with a larger blast radius, everything inside the blast radius would be afflicted with poison dot.

-Divine Shield, spell

It kind of bothers me that we only have ice shield and no shields corresponding to other elements, how bout a divine shield then, with say 30% damage reduction and some kind of passive healing.

-Poison Shield, spell

I think it'd kind of act like the poison dot, be weaker than other shields but last much longer, perhaps have 30% damage reduction, a longer duration than ice shield, as well as apply poison dot to melee attackers.

-Realistic Flame Shield, spell
You cast it, you combust and die.

-Super Realistic Flame Shield, spell
You cast it, nothing happens, and everyone nearby gives you a weird look.

-Flame Shield, spell
alright this one is out there, mainly because I ran out of ideas for it, how bout reduced damage reduction, like say 30% and a passive mana regen, not enough to replace the mana font, but enough to make it viable.

-Lightning Shield, spell
I'm thinking slightly more damage reduction than poison shield, like say 35% maybe a longer duration than ice shield as well but less than poison shield, and random lightning attacks that applies dot and pushes away or stuns melee attackers, don't really have any good ideas for this one.

-I didn't think of a name shield, spell
20% damage reduction with some percent damage boost, maybe 20% boost.

Speedy Circle, spell
- those inside the circle get an attack speed boost, say 10-15%

Demon circle, spell
- those inside the circle would receive a damage boost, say 10-15%

Shield circle, spell
- those inside the circle receive a 10-15% damage reduction, which does stack with shields spells like ice shield.

Also a Giant Undead Skeleton Boss with Tourette's Syndrome, the skeleton should also be neon pink

Also none of the shield spells would stack with each other, cause that'd be silly overpowered, none of the buffing circle spells would stack with each other as that'd also be silly overpowered, also I don't think they'd stack with potions

I would suggest some other stuff for some of the things, but it's still some nice suggestions overall.

Major one that should change imo is the lightning one, i would rather see it stun enemies with lightning dot than see meele attacks get knocked away which could end up being annoying to the player.

The Divine shield should provide glow too.

As for the bolts, i like the ideas... there should be more types of bolts other than that aswell (along with new arrow types).

Some more suggestions:

Ethereal bolts (i think this was suggested by keldorn)
These bolts would ignore enemy armor, this would be good if we end up getting more enemies like the battle trolls...

Magical bolts
These bolts can be charged with mana for extra damage, basically some sort of new ammunition that forces the crossbow to use mana while shooting. Perhaps make a spread shot ability with these bolts (the more mana you charge the more bolts are shot at once).

Lightning trap bolts
These bolts were made to temporarly trap enemies inside a lightning cage (lightning goblin shaman style), got this idea from bioshock as i recall stunning enemies with lightning traps, good times...

Chain lightning bolts
Simply lightning bolts with the purpose of causing chain lightning damage on nearby enemies.

Acid tipped bolts
Single purpose of exploiting weaknesses on enemies, they would deal little to no damage but would cause a long duration debuff on an enemy, making it receive more damage from other sources.

I like the idea of having other elements having their own Ice shield equivalent. I've also thought about this and one and I think you could sorta mix them some. Fire shield could be called Burning Rage(or something similar) and be a damage boost, Lightning shield could be Lightning Speed, your divine shield is perfect though maybe call it divine protection or something giving them more unique names then X shield. Make it a pick the right tool for the job type of system where some enemies don't deal a lot of damage but have lots of hp so fire rage would be a better choice against them.

Players casting an effect on themselves should overwrite any other effect on themselves so if someone else puts ice shield on you but you want lightning speed you can overwrite it and they can't overwrite what you want on yourself.

Likewise I would like to see reverse shield effects you can cast on enemies that are purely for debuffing enemies and would stack with attack spells(excluding similar effects) but not other debuffs. Similar to the suggested acid tipped bolts, some sort of effect that causes all damage to the target to be increased(essentially reduces damage reduction) or one that causes the opponent to deal less damage. Especially nice would be crowd control effects that cause weaker enemies to become non-aggressive for a duration(immediately ends if they are attacked), making support mages a nice thing to have in a group. The CC spell should be taxing on the player using it so a single player couldn't suppress all the mobs in a room and fight them one by one, but a group of 2 could keep most of a bosses minions off of a third player fighting the boss.
