Training Server

So wheres this new training server? LOL Ok i agree to be able to run and play on my server is one thing...but then i cant save my character to the central server....all i want is to either have a server thats connected to central so i cant change my character except by leveling like normal....and so i can actually level him with or without my friends...or someone else with a server that i can train on that only has like 1-15th lvl maps.....is that too much to ask for new players? even an edana island1 edana sewers map list would be good...then i could level during the day while im on the computer instead of making my mom get off the comp at night to play....So unless i can get another million posts and become super cool in like less than a week someone please put a new character (connected to central server) server up so i can play my character...please....

If you can see my server you can join in and I can password it for you - but I'm not sure if they are visible though, triying to fix this but so far no results! (Yes, I have alredy opened the ports in my firewall, but I'm not too sure wich one's were needed, so please post them here) (Also, does anyone know if Nod32 could be making my server invisible?)
