Out of curiosity does anyone here play Warhammer 40k or Warhammer fantasy..the actual tabletop games.

I don't play the table games, but i'm intrested, it costs too much... But I do love the pc games for them, just waiting for the new expansion... soulstorm, theres a free demo of it but i suck as dark eldar

Ya I played the demo too...the dark elder are definitely a different style of play then I am used to in that game...but I can't wait for it to come out

and yes it is really expensive

Yeah i can't play well with any other teams other than Imperial guard, Tau (<3 tau), Space marine and Choas... Orks are just... bah i'm not even gonna talk about them... and eldar are just too hard to tech up but the necrons are just so overpowered its unbelieveable they can summon flayed oens next to ur squads which rly do screw up ur moral ><

however the new features like the aircraft are a good idea to ignore melee units, basicly owning suqads of orks comming to ur base ^^

lol ya necrons are pretty overpowered...I am a fan of chaos but I also collect chaos models as well... I am not a big fan of the Tau but I haven't played them to much

I also like the idea of the planetary battles that are going to go on in soulstorm..adds a whole new dimension to the game play..as well as aircraft

oh, so the new soulstorm expansion is not gonna be on 1 planet like on the other dawn of war games? wow cool.

ya its supposed to be multiple planets...what happens is that all the races happen to all get stuck in that system right before they get cut off by the warp...or something like that
