Weird thing about my account

I've experienced a weird glitch/bug/problem on my account lately.

It seems that it got deleted or something else...

I cannot connect anymore,I sent emails to steam but no response.

Which piss me off since I had a character

Took time to get him at that level

Yeah I remember you; you used to spam "I move away from the mic to eat your ****ing soul" in-game all the time (probably had a bind for it) which was really, really annoying. I hope you stopped doing that.

If some one hadint told me that some one was using my old account i would think this is what happened to mine yet i dont . hope u didint get hacked

I've been looking on youtube and saw lots of videos about account hacking But the weird thing is that I checked and my account cannot be found on steam community,friends list,groups and all that stuff

another weird thing is that I used a cd key on that account but it says that it is duplicated...

I emailed steam about that let's hope they found what happened

If it was deleted I don't want to have to pay again for a game that I legally own

Steam is VERY slow at replying, I sent an email to them and they responded two weeks later.

Slow and terrible especially with third person support. They just took a month or so to fix a Titan Quest Immortal Throne cd key issue, along with Earth 2160 that has been broke for 3 months or something like that. On top of that, while telling them that they might possibly think of disabling their product that they've been selling defectively, all one rep did was basically say "Stfu, if you don't have any positive criticism, don't post".

Check out the titan quest invalid cd key thread to see what i'm talking about. One of them just kept feeding us the same answers we already had, and then another came in and just slammed people for being negative.

Finally I managed to get a reply from steam support...

i've done EVERYTHING they asked and they still say : "that things isn't correct.." or "cd is wrong.."

They ask for a picture so I actually take the photo but they still say : "the thread number is not appearing bla bla bla..."

Maybe Steam just doesn't give a shit about hacked account and Wants you to buy another half life copy.

the thing is that half life generation pack is hard to find at low prices.

It's been almost a year and I forgot about this, since the boreness has taken me over, I said to myself : "Hey let's try again"

I've got new info, my account is actually disabled, send some tickets to steam support 2 days ago and it seems it's starting to work out, might be able to join you guys again ^^

and the other hand, a lot of good games are going out these times (ME 2,MW 2...) too bad, my comp sucks ass and i'm using a Xbox to play these

Ok, steam asked me for photos, gave them, they find something wrong, they tell you, you give them again what they want and they still ask you something, it's pretty fun, but i've done EVERYTHING asked now,even some things that might not be needed

i've seen a lot of change on MS:C, mostly new stuff, last time I played, the tomahawks just came out

My account is finaly back

well, didn't ask them to enable it again just told them I got hacked and they gave me a new pass and it activate it again, with of course a new password (if you use the previous one, it disable it again)

EDIT : Forget what I said, I connected, then It logged me out and when I tried to get back on, said it is disabled, going to try again >_<
