Perfect Skull Blade Re-Skin (+Paintjob xd)

Actually, i thought the Perfect skull blade is boring. So i just had a dream and that thingie appeared (I really had a dream of that what i made!xd)
anyway, i made one with Blood and without.

Heh, okay, you're kinda new, so I'll give you the lowdown:
It's taboo to even touch the skins of these models:
Lesser IceBlade
Greater IceBlade
Helm of Stability (Fire and Ice Resist Helms, too)
Lightning Rod
Bludgeon

They're perfect the way they are
Also, don't use blur...The game kinda blurs up a bit, so you want your texture to look as sharp as possible (but don't use a sharpen filter more than once or twice, or you pixelate to hell).
Also, use Photoshop for everything, it kicks MSPaint's ass.

Razor. If you are going to reskin the Perfect Skull Blade... Then reskin the Perfect Skull Blade, not the Greater Ice Blade.

Ok, I was going to leave the shield alone, but seriously. This isn't your strong point. No one is going to use weapons that look like a 3 year old dipped in various paint buckets.

Also, no one wants BETA skins. Skins should either be finished or unreleased.

Well, what Photoshop shall i Use? currently im using MS Paint for the colours and Photo Filtre for the Blur/sharpening whatever... :/
And i cant use Adobe CS2/3 because i got Windows ME :/

Find an older version, they're around...
But please, don't touch those models; the creators are professional 3d design artists(or are just really damned good), and hate their hard work being altered, especially in this way...
Your skins are not good enough for these models right now, please get yourself some version of Photoshop...If you're really intent upon skinning, you'll find a way...But this is just bad, I'm sorry; even my first skin (the spiderblade) wasn't this bad.
