The prosecutor of this case is a despicable piece of shit . He deserves to die violently. If I had my way, he'd be beaten to a pulp. His teeth would be ripped out and his mouth urinated in. He would be left in a cold, dark room to die of an infection. Anything less would be immoral.

What do YOU guys think?

Wait... What? I gotta be reading this wrong...

Like... He filmed a bunch of kids reacting to something completely benign... And then added a video with raunchy lyrics... Without their knowledge?

How is this child molestation? Did he force the kids to watch it afterwards or something? I suppose maybe if he markets his music to kids and they saw it afterwards... But otherwise...

I mean, this is how Saturday Night Live made their video with the "Visible Rectum" and Captain Packard back in 94. (Sadly, which I cannot find a video for, only the script [second script, with Dr. Elders]) But, suffice to say, it involved filming a bunch of kids listening to an entirely different lecture than Patrick Stewart's, "Just say no to Anal Sex".

I dunno... I'd have to see the video, I guess, or there's something I'm missing here... But regardless of how sick it is, if no children were harmed, I say no foul. Child pornography isn't illegal because it's disgusting - it's illegal because it fsks kids up for life (and I spent enough time in my internship at College Hospital, listening to too many 30 year old women with the voices of 8 year olds, not to understand that). But when you start making things like Simpsons porn and Pedo-bear illegal, you've kinda lost sight of things. You don't start arresting people just because they've got bad taste.

You read correctly. No child was harmed in the making of the video - He sang appropriate songs for the children, then sang inappropriate songs while alone and made it look like he was singing the vulgar songs to the kids. And yeah, it's a completely bullsh*t charge, and in no way child pornography.

Honestly, its about time something like this happened. People need to understand that there are always consequences to your actions. If you make sh!tty comedy, you should go to prison for AT LEAST 25 years.

Also srs mode: pretty fucked up dudez.

Even if he were singing the actual lyrics to the children, I don't see how he's done anything wrong...

Obviously kids wouldn't sit there if they weren't interested.

I just don't understand why people get so upset over stupid crap. Hate IRL's community nowadays...
