is using 2 weapon at once any good?
i tried it but it seems like a regular attack except you get to choose either the left or the right weapon to hit.

duek weild

I think what some guy is trying to say is there any bonus to using two weapons at once. Dealing with damage no, but usfulness yes.

The suggestion to have some bonus to duel weilding the same weapons (or like a axe/sword combo/etc.) like damage or faster attack has been given to a benefactors.

You know how after you get higher level witha weapon, you gain a special ability that can be "charged." I suggest that if you are dualwielding (both the same weapon) at higher levels you can have a special ability that, once charged, let's you attack faster for a period of time (say twice as fast, due to the two weapons) or attack with both weapons at once or something.

Actually, expanding on that, maybe tie it to the character's title. I.E. a knight gets the bonus only when dual wielding axe/sword, a bladmaster small arms/sword, and a swordsman two swords etc.

i think dual system should be a litle fixed. If you have a torch marked and atk with the sword you does NOT skill with sword. Only if you select sword you will skill in sword.
-edit-
i think its a bug

You're saying if you have a torch in one hand, and attack with a sword in the other, you don't get XP if it's in the off hand?

Someone was saying he was only getitng XP from one of his weapons in dual weild - but I never tested it. I should make a fresh char and test that out.

I myself have not used dual wielding, but I think whats going on if you have a torch and a sword, changing hand untill the torch is selected, then attacking wont give you xp.

No, what happens is if you have a sword in one hand and any other weapon in the other, and the sword is selected, right clicking attacks with the other weapon. However, once the monster dies you level up with the sword. You can replace sword with any weapon, the point is it only levels the selected weapon. This is an exploit that can be used to level weaker weapons with a stronger weapon in the off hand, without having to ever attack with the weak weapon.
