Well,

Thats what happens to the middle finger every time I try and move it in animation mode. The two vertexes are assigned to the right joint but it still does that? Any theories? :|

You should never really "move" the joints around. You should always rotate joints so nothing gets thrown out of place. And if something like that happens, undo, then rotate it's parent/child first and see if that helps.

That doesnt work, its hard to explain. The two vertexes are assigned to a joint. Yet they still stay there as if they werent?

Try assigning no vertices to the joint, then reassigning them.

Are the vertices welded to each other? This could some times cause problems with animations. If that doesn't help, I can try to take a look at it and see if I could fix it.

I...dont...think they are. I could take a look at it but I will be happy to give you the .ms3d file.

EDIT: That doesnt work. I will PM you the .ms3d file (and smd)
