well i mean the most advanced computer art editing i have ever used doest not exceed ms paint or paint shop pro. so.... i dont have any programs organized, i hate online tutorials because they dont explain it in my language and if you get stuck you have to quit.

xD i can take forever but then nothing will ever happen

GIMP is basically photoshop, for free. Though it's slightly different (doesn't have the same filters, unless you program them), it has basically the same interface.

Did I mention it's free?

free trials of photoshop works too, and or 'extended' free trials. i dont believe it is stealing if you were not going to pay for it anyway, and it avertises the program. but hey thats just point of view
