Cannot redeem ticket?

I have about 7 tickets for items I don't use very often. Two of these tickets are for Lesser Ice Blades. I was trying to redeem one today, and it wouldn't let me. I had the ticket in my hand, and chose "Redeem a Ticket" from the menu box, but after that there was no option for Lesser Ice Blade. My other tickets work, but neither of the LIB tickets will.

I really don't want a rollback, because it has been a long while since I've used them. Are there any other options, though? Did I just get F'd out of two items?

It's simple:

1) Make sure no noobs/thieves are around
2) Drop one of your LIB tickets close by
3) Redeem your other LIB ticket
4) Pick up the ticket you dropped on the ground.

I don't know why, but if you have more than one ticket of something, you're not allowed to redeem it (I almost thought I lost 2 GTAs once, holding one for a guildmate) without dropping one of the tickets for a few seconds.

Yeah, if you have more than one ticket or more than one of the same item, it confuses the bank, so you gotta drop the duplicates. (Silly limitations of the $item_exists() system.)
