haha you can allways send him the help_rats map. map with 15 rats and some edana npc guys that would be like the southpark episode when they play world of warcraft to bad there aint boars

Nobody is stopping you from doing whatever you want offline. I'm not sure what the problem is. What you don't seem to understand is the cheat maps you are looking for actually don't exist. The only cheatmaps you're going to find are from before the time when MS had a central server, which was a long time ago. The only items you can get from these cheatmaps are low level items, because that's all that existed back when these maps were made.

tl;dr the 'cheat maps' you are looking for don't actually exist.

why not just allow cheat maps for lan openly. before information on them are released the map must be submitted just like a regular map. it's added to a list and regulated. the cheat maps can be used for making test builds of characters which can also be used for mappers testing their maps. people can upload and distribute their lan character builds. it could be a different asset to the game rather than pushing these players away , let them see how creative they can get with the game. allow more freedom and your game/mod becomes more interesting to different players. not to mention with all these character uploads it opens up a ton of free testing of mechanics for balancing...


i believe any map thats not on FN you get flagged/banned/in trouble on FN anyways?

Test builds for characters are already available, so there's no need for that, and there's always the risk that someone will get clever and match a hash to an existing map, thus putting their cheat maps up on FN in such a way that'd take awhile to notice.

Bottom line being, spreading cheats hampers the game's development, thus results in the ban hammer, thus you won't find any here.

Srsly... Still!? At 2 hours a week, you woulda been level 30 by now, had you been playing on FN all this time instead of waiting for someone to give you cheatmaps. ><
