Dodging with only one tap?

Ever since about 12:30AM-2/29/2020 I've been having this weird problem where I am dodging when I hit A/D once instead of the double tap like it should be, it seemed to have only started after getting 20 MA but I don't see why that would cause anything wonky like this. So far I've attempted plugging my keyboard into a different USB slot, Different keyboard, Restarted computer, Reinstalled MSC & ran through training course etc. , ms_doubletapdodge 0 in console and in my autoexec.cfg and yet it's still being a problem. In the chatbox it only inputs 1 A/D if I try tapping them with chat open so i know the keys aren't sticking down or anything along those lines.
Any ideas...?

That is odd... When ms_doubletapdodge 0 is set, you have to hold shift to dodge. Capslock shouldn't cut it, and it seems you can type in lower case, but could be a keyboard software or autokeys thing - dunno if you've tried rebooting yet. If yer in a bad stopping place, try typing "-shift" in console (sans quotes).
