Donation Items

i was thinking you guys should open up a donation thing an tell your SteamID through paypal an you award them with like a special ingame item like, Ring of Superior Regeneration or something like that.

Well, that would be kind of unfair. Poor people that play this game 24/7 and they do all they can, then a level 10 comes and kills everything with special items. I think it's fine the way it is. I mean, a noob with level 30+ items running around owning everything when all of the level 30's that haven't donated have the normal MS:C items.

EDIT: I would donate. But still, the item part would be unfair.

Still managing to own people that donated for said items but they don't any good anyways cause the donation items only can help so much and when attempting to PvP they get frozen and owned and drop their donation items-
Priceless.

Could take the svencoop approach and just let you buy stuff that looks neat, but doesn't do anything. Custom crests, for instance.

You could also add a little attribute, like shock damage, or maybe extra damage added onto a weapon of choice. Heck, attributes onto a weapon, but that would be pretty hard. I don't like the idea of the donating thing for items. But i do like the purdy items thing. Hey, i got an idea, lets donate to people to make maps! There's an idea. I would rather new maps than items.
