A skeleton that could change his elemental alignment would make an awesome boss. If you hit him with a fire weapon while he was aligned with fire, his fieryness would negate the damage and reflect it back in your face. Same with ice, lightning and all the other elements.

Hmm...Yes, that would be quite interesting...I don't know if it's do-able, but having the boss also switch "skin"-colors to match the element would be cool.

How about a undead mage then, like keledros only as a skeleton same compelction and stuff.
However when you hit him whit any type of magic then his next attack will be imbued whit it or magic would simply add him HP, so people will have to use brute force against it.

It could be done, but of course you'd immediately have two players, one with a GIB and the other with a Dark Maul, playing ping-pong with him.
