I hope this haven't been reported yet, but I noticed no difference between envenomed arrows and blunt arrows except for the green glow.

Green glow = poison. It does additional damage... Similar to the flame arrows (except more and longer). With both the Flame Arrows and the Poison Arrows I need to get it to report damage to the user proper (not sure if I can arrange that yet).

Look at the poison projectile scripts, or the fireball script

Neither of which report their burn/poison damage back to the user. :/

The new blizzard and poison do, however, suspect I'll have to take a closer look at those. It maybe the arrow and firedarts simply aren't setting the damage source properly when they apply their poison effects.

They report their impact damage, but not the poison/burn damage that follows. I'll look into it today, me thinks me knows what it is...

Double post...

Fixed in next SC.DLL.

Issue being projectiles don't actually have owners (ent_owner), just XP owners (ent_expowner) - so all the damage was getting reported/attributed to entity 0.

I think, it may have been, the subsequent damage wasn't registering at all, since it was coming from an invalid source. Fire Dart/Ball, Fire Arrows, and Envenomed Arrows may have all gotten a boost out of this as a result. I'll have to see how Fire Dart goes before I consider rebalancing anything. Think poison arrows are just about where I want em though. (Pretty mean, but not insane - they sell for about 300gp a pack, and are rarely available.)

I think, at higher archery levels, the Jagged Arrows would actually be meaner, as the poison damage doesn't increase with level. But at low level archery, those poison arrows are gonna be a godsend.

What level do you think they will be set at for the arrows, I mean I would like to know =)... I'm level 14 Archery ... Also the posion arrow sold at helena? I've never seen them there.. Like you said, they are rare... I hit about 17~29 with Iron arrows, I wonder how much i would hit with em posion arrows

Eh, any one can use poison arrows at any level... They are just rare and/or expensive. (Generally only spells have level restrictions - weapons usually only have restrictions by how much they weigh, and to do the 'special power moves' you need at least basic training.)

If yer asking at what level does Archery Skill cause you to surpass Poison Arrows with the raw damage of Jagged - I'm not entirely sure. Never been too much into the archery end of this game myself - although it is painfully popular. ;) Jaggeds are hard to come by too though.
