So I've played ww3d over 20 times and still no symbol. I've heard people say the hp req is 750 while others say it's 800. I've heard to drop all shards you have and all symbols. I've also heard you can farm alone while others say you need at least one other person with you?

Which of this information is correct because I currently have 751hp and NO success thus far...

Great thread, A++, will read again.

Thothie has been claiming forever that Symbols of Felewyn spawn "all over the place". I don't think he ever lied about that, but people never believed it because noone ever reported seeing symbols spawn elsewhere. But I'm quite sure they always have.

Although that should be fairly obvious given that some of the maps hinted at didn't exist until this patch. More to the point, the symbols have always been available in places other than World Walker, it's simply that it was the first and simplest place they were located, and thus where everyone went, once the rumor spread.

The symbols have been shifted and their spawn chances changed, and likely will continue to have this done to them with every patch. They tend to favor maps that are under visited or under treasured, however.
