I know there are few things , still to be done,
and i'd like some critism about my first model or a few ideas what else i can do.

You can try making polearms (spears and such).

gauntlets are alos on demand but they are harder to make.

Thats a nice model for your first ever model. I didnt knew you could model either xD Me, FER, and Barnum can all model. So you can most likely ask any of us.

Orochi can model for gold source? I thought he only knew how to model for source.

But besides from the above posts, I'll tell you now as I was told by Barnum.

Make sure to learn how to optimize your models.

The area in the black circles can be optimized by removing unneeded stacks. Since you made your handle with a cylinder, you can make the same thing with only like 2 stacks. Like this....

Polearm is better with it, but i must admit that i dont like the lower pointy thingy on the blade. I think it would look better in moon shape if you get my point.

He means that the lower part should bend to the inside rather than the outside

Nice, personally it looks alot better now! It didn't seem right if you were to swing the old blade and hitting something with the lower part first you know... That's why a moon shaped blade would look better, good work. :D

I think this model looks rather good. It looks like an Orcish polearm, to me.

I doubt it, and considering the polearms aren't yet public, it's gonna be hard to rig it regardless.

Post the source up here (original files like the .ms3d and all the textures if you skin it and not anything compiled) when you're done and I'm sure it'll make it's way into our polearms ;)

SO I shall post the Sources (ms3d file & texture files) something else needed ?

SMD/QC/BMP's plzktnx.

Decompile p_weapons3.mdl. Scale and rig your model accordingly. Will save me time. Just need rhand and floor variants for polearms.

Suggest working on blade texture though. Maybe a blood-gutter that follows the blade curve would help.
