Help!!! Flesh Eater BloodRose Valley.

If I am posting this in the wrong place someone please redirect me.

My friend and are playing on Blaze's server (not FN). And like the title says, we are trying to defeat the Necromancer (more specifically the Flesh Eater) I am level 21 Shield Archer and he is a level 28 Fencer. We have been hitting it like ALL FREAKING DAY and it still shows no signs of dying or going away. Are we missing something important or should we just keep hitting it?

I recommend leveling some more, so that you can outdamage its fleshnomming.

Just don't let him hit ye so much... Or if desperate, use one of the sploitie bits of the map. Yer a bit under-leveled for him, but you could still do it, with some strategy.

Holy/greater holy arrowscould help while staying away from him.

He may be weak to lighting spells but im not sure.

I considered that but we are almost never dying to him. We flee out of the cave when our Health gets low.

You mean he regens by just hitting us?! omg >.< What sploitie bits? and does he regen with that weird gas stuff he uses?

*sigh* all this trouble just for that stupid snake staff so I can raise my SC beyond 4 >.<

That gas that appears is his poison cloud. When he physically hits you is when he regains health. It usually is shown by a green aura around him that shrinks then disappears, but if there is too much going on at once, it won't appear.

And yes, flesh eater regens on every successful strike, hence "don't get hit" rather than "don't die" (plus green aura and heartbeat sound on each strike should be a hint). But again, yer outmatched, you'll have to be sneaky to beat him with a 21 and a 28.

Hmm.... what if the level 21 is a good archer and can stay back, and there are 2 level 28's and they are both really high in Parry? (like level 30 something Parry)

The 2 level 28's can use magic. Only I can't. (which is why we're here trying to get this staff, so if you happen to know another way to raise SC I could just drop this all together for now) =P

From my understanding flesh eater also auto regens. When I was unable to beat him in the past I would flee the caves when I ran low on health and when I returned he would have 100% health again. This was with nobody else in the server for him to feed off of. Wasted all my blessed bolts once only to return to the cave to find him back at 100% health. Rather annoying but like Thothie said, I think you can beat him with strategy.

I know you can buy fire dart and erratic lightning. At level 28 you should be able to get the ice dart spell and rebuke undead spells.

There a a bunch of ways to kill him, best one probably is greater holy arrows since they hit twice per arrow, however they are way harder to get than holy arrows (when will we get good expendable items in shops even at extremely expensive prices?)

One of your buddies could also use demon blood paired with a dagger with a speed attack


Other way would be you get help from other players (I would gladly help) but I have the feeling you are playing with nonFN characters.

Hmm... I'll probably just train a bit more for now. If I can get my hands on some holy arrows and Blaze gets his Divination up (rebuke undead) then maybe we'll try again. Otherwise I suppose it'll only be about a month before they fix the "unable to use SC under lvl 5" thing.

And yes, FER..... I am playing on a non FN server, which is password protected so we are the only 3 available who could do this. (unless someone feels like starting a new char and joining us. =P)

I think it'd be easier if you'd started new characters and joined us. :|

Eh yeah. I do have an FN char. But for whatever reasons my 2 irl friends decided to make thier own server. I play FN rarely so low level. I may train a bit more on that later. =P
