help with avatar

can someone help me turn this image into a forums avatar?

ive been resizing and saving in different formats but nothing seems to work...

Actually, as long as you dont' have a larger than the dimensions restrictions, I believe you can link to any off-site picture as your avatar. I'd keep it under 75 KBs though.

If you link it from a different host it doesn't have a limit, thats for uploading it.
