Help with Windows...

Does anyone know/remember how to turn off error messages in Windows XP? I did some searching (obviously not enough), and the reason I'm asking is because sometimes I get an error message, but it doesn't close the HLDS console (non-steam). Therefore, Thothie's server Auto-Restart won't restart it. Thanks in advance!

System > Advanced > Error Reporting > Disable

or something like that, not on an XP machine right now so I can't check it
