how do i make listenserver have client side chars

i heard u have to edit the listenserver.cfg to make ur listen server have client side chars so i need to know what to edit in the file to make it so u can use chars on ur comp like the old ms that way i can enjoy the new stuff without the wierd char storage system(which i truely hate).

k thx for that i got it working now i have another problem when i make a server to play alone in when ever i do a transition i cant chose my char on the new map he is just grey i havet to quit and reload server on the map im going to. anyway to fix this?

I have only seen this a few times, but the only solution now is to close MS and remake the server.

there will be a patch released soon right? i wanna try out all the maps u cant get to atm they are there i just cant play them

in my own server i cant even get to helena anymore i never had this problem b4 why does having client side charaters make a diffrence?

Client side characters save less frequently. Stand in a transition for a minute or so before actually changing maps.
