Just wanted to say that i passed both national exams here (portuguese and maths), no more school for 3 mounths i guess and uhm 3 more years left of studying until i get a job hopefully. Wish me luck for the next year. OH YEAH

Why does our school have to let out so late in the year, and then send us back so friggen early?

My last final is the 25th and I go back in the first week of September.. :|

Portugal is like a "slow" country if you really want to know and the students preocupation is more like "WTF when does this crap end?!?!" i think that explains why governament acts differently from country to country.If students want this they probably get it. This is the way portugal acts. lol . Anyways i am ashamed sometimes of being portuguese because the way life goes here kind of sucks and the only thing worth visiting portugal is to see the "BIG HISTORY AND MONUMENTS OF PORTUGAL|" or some other things like good weather...

How much vacation time do you get during the year?

Well if its counting with only summer vacations i would say nearby 3 mounths. Still i can make that go like 3 mounths and half a mounth if i skip school sometimes... lol

I get less than a week off for fall, then a week off for christmas, winter (it's like a week long break in feb.), and spring break.

Then summer of course, so I get maybe a month off during the year and then a little more than 2 for summer. I do miss class every once in awhile. Sometimes waking up at 6 in the morning just isn't possible for me.
