I can't use the New Steam MS 1.35 patch wtf?

After i dl the patch and save to my Steam HL MS folder it says it cannot find the patch wtf?

So... You downloaded and installed MS1.35, had it work, and then downloaded the "1.35 patch for Steam" to your MS folder? But you can't find the file you downloaded? ...or can't find Master Sword? ...or Steam will no longer detect Master Sword now that you installed it? Or... What?

Feh... I suppose there's always the quick solution to all install problems that I seem to be giving so often as of late: download the fully patched self-installer:

I still need to make a pure zip for those who can't use Rar nor execs...
