And yes, that's happened with me before. When I was thirteen, I got in a fight with some kid, so my mom kicked me out of her place, not wanting to give me rides to & from school (school bus fight, kicked off bus for remainder of year). Moved in with my dad (since parents were separated at time).
So, yea, I know what that's like.

Your uncle a lot cooler than your parents, and less likely to tolerate some snotty child, ceriux? Sounds to me like your little brother should have been given an ass'whoopin for starting shit like that... especially since your dad booted you out, anyways.
