Knight armor weight

Hey, im kinda new to the game, started friday, got a few good items, knight helm and armor.
I was wondering how much the helm and armor weight seperatly, ive worn the helm since i started, but the armor is too heavy , i have 250 WC, can ne one give me atleast an estimate for how much it weighs? right now my WC bar is around 45%, giving me something like 180 WC to work with.
