It's Base_Level+2 for double damage (grey) charge, Base_Level+4 for special attack (red) charge. So if the level requirement for the axe is 20 (such as the Greater Thunder Axe), it's 22 for double damage, and 24 to lunge. Battle axe is level 12, so it's 14, and 16, respecively. Lesser Thunder Axe is 15, and thus is 17 and 19 respectively - except that I think the green charge (throw) is fixed at 18, so that one goes a big buggy. (lets you go past the red charge, but wont let you use it, if you have axe 18 like my char does).

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

My Flamelick can't swing double damage nor can my GTA or Lightning Rod.

Ohwell~ I need to start training stuff other than swords once it hits perfect 30 anyway.

Well I used to use GHA because they were easy to find, but they have been nerfed to 15-30 size stacks. So I would recommend blessed bolts. They spawn all over the place and kill things in very few hits, but still give full xp.
