I would prefer to stick around with the same person rather than "jumping" from person to person, i see many people doing that nowadays and i think it's bull****. The only reason i see that happening is when you are really forced to do so, otherwise like ending relation ships for just someone else who like's you or you feel like betraying the person you are related with for the future. Anyways there is few reasons to give up from the person you like and ALOT more to struggle against those same reasons... that's what i currently do irl, struggle against those reasons who make me unconfortable/unhappy and try the best to make "the special person" like me and yet i know im kinda far to reach the point i mostly wish :|

We as a human society for the most part have had multiple suitors for centuries if not millenia in at least some civilized societies. I'm sure it was more needed then as a survival of the species tactic (life expectancy of <40 years, plagues, constant war/conflicts) then it is now where we are overpopulated and continuing to grow with life expectancy still pretty much rising for people who don't over indulge in unhealthy substances.

Zeus, I was just trying to cheer the poor lad up. But I guess since it wasn't true it has no value. I know people who had friends commit suicide because "the one" for them had married someone else. They just couldn't fathom the idea of finding another person. I wasn't suggesting you whore yourself out to everyone and anyone, but instead to try and move on and find other people.
