the damage bracket on erratic lightning gets higher, but i can still hit 1's which is really annoying could you fix that?

Was going to add a mid-level "not so erratic" lightning bolt, but not really an option at this point due to the screwy level ramp system we're stuck with.

The longer you hold erratic lightning on a single target the more damage it will do, but after a while it peaks out and starts over.
