2. Science belief - Jesus was born some time earlier in the year (warmer months), but the Christian religion moved the birthdate to the 25th in order to "compete" with a Pagan holiday (hell if I remember which ;-))

I believe it was a day that british men would just sit around and have sex with hookers and drink and something.

At least that's what my brother said. XD
