Missing Items

Randomly, I appear to be losing items.. First, my Snakestaff disappeared, then I lost a ticket of redeem for an envenomed great axe, and now i've lost my bow.

Nothing great, that I can't get back easily, but I thought that i'd report this as a bug.

I honestly can't tell you HOW I lost them, but I can confirm that I didn't actually drop them on the ground, in the case of the latter two. In the case of my axe ticket, there were players around me when I put it in my pack (I disconnected from the server after that, and none of them saw me drop it) Same thing with the bow - I hadn't even used it through a whole map, I see it equipped in third person as I disconnect, and it's just gone, apparently randomly, when I join another server in Gate City.

As for my snakestaff, it's something I rarely use, and is buried in one of my less-frequently used packs, and I just noticed it missing. I'm assuming I lost it in the same manner as the above two items, after realized that they disappeared, but I can't really say that for sure.

If you are putting items in storage and then disconnecting very soon after, they might revert back to ticket form; you seeing them in 3rd person is a bug that leaves the item in your hands, even though it is in storage. Check your tickets, you might still have the items in question.

I've got one question. Has your inventory ever been bugged? When you're joining a game, are you getting impatient and click the character more than once? That could be the problem.

Well, only the battle axe ticket disappeared (and I don't have the battle axe, either) I got the ticket, put the ticket into my bag, and like 10 seconds later disconnected.

The Bow is the item I saw in third-person (I saw it equipped on my back, before I disconnected to join the other server) and it was gone when I got to the other server. I hadn't used it the whole time I was in the game and come to think of it I didn't notice if I actually had it during that game or not, besides that it was on my back.

Two years ago, yes. I haven't been bugged that way for quite some time (yes I have waited 2 minutes to log in without clicking twice, before )

That's weird. Are you sure you waited 10 seconds before disconnecting? All servers should have their ms_central_pulse set to 1 or 2, but it's 10 by default, which means if you disconnect too quick after finishing a trade, the goods will be lost.

No.. may not be that way in the case of my missing ticket, but I should still have the battle axe itself, right? Unless it's some new anti-cheat device

Uhhh. I've had items randomly disappear off me before, with no reason. I hadn't touched them in a long time, and then when I remember them, they're gone.

try relogging or ever restarting steam... iv gotten on before and had been missing half of my inventory... i did that then i had them all back sometimes took a few trys.

When selecting your character at the loading screen, don't click the character more then once...it seems to cause a inventory load error which appears in console. Click it once...if it doesnt load give it a second...if still doesnt click again.

YEAH! My raven mace just dissapeared, It's gone! Its not in my bags I've looked everywhere even in my pants AND the LININGS in all my clothes, and I know I haven't put it somewhere, last time I used it was in Daragoth. I think it was an invisible orc that stoled it from me but I dont care
